Job Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on support for daily production troubleshooting, process optimization and yield improvement.
  • Identify root causes of production issues, implement effective corrective actions and drive continuous improvement to reduce defects and improve yield.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize injection molding processes to enhance process stability, product quality and production efficiency.
  • Support and improve secondary manufacturing processes, including assembly, masking, spray painting, coating and dicing.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality and Engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues and implement effective process improvements.
  • Drive initiatives to improve process consistency, productivity, product quality and overall manufacturing performance.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Precision Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience in injection molding, process troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Experience in secondary manufacturing processes, such as assembly, masking, spray painting, coating or dicing, is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to improve production yield, reduce defects and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Proactive, independent and hands-on, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and production personnel.
