Wir suchen einen engagierten Praktikanten (m/w/d), der den Alltag in einer jungen und kreativen Social-Media Agentur kennenlernen will.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

  • Trendrecherche: Analyse der verschiedenen Social-Media Plattformen und Identifikation von Trends
  • Kreative Konzeption: Entwicklung von Content-Strategien, Format-Ideen & Skripten
  • Organisation: Erstellung von Dispositionen & Planung von Drehs
  • Produktion: Unterstützung und eigenständige Umsetzung von Content-Drehs
  • Post-Produktion: Videoschnitt & Bildbearbeitung mit Fokus auf Social-Media
  • Kanalmanagement: Einplanen, Hochladen der Beiträge unserer Kunden & Tracking der Kanal-Performance
  • Sonstiges: Unterstützung bei Marketing & Sales Aufgaben und der Pflege der internen Projektmanagement und Dateiverwaltung-Systemen

Dein Profil

Das bringst du mit

  • Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in in Medien, Kommunikation, Marketing oder einem ähnlichen Bereich und suchst ein Pflichtpraktikum
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Content Creation & Videoproduktion (durch Uni-Projekte, Praktika oder eigene Kanäle)
  • Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit gängigen Video-/Foto- und Grafikprogrammen ( Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, o.Ä.)
  • Du kennst dich mit den verschiedenen Social-Media Plattformen aus, hast den Algorithmus im Blick und weißt, was morgen viral geht
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, proaktiv und hast Lust auf Start-Up Vibes
