Wir suchen einen Senior Fullstack Engineer (w/m/d) als Team Lead, der uns mit viel Energie, Motivation und Begeisterung dabei unterstützt, unseren Kunden benutzerfreundliche und technisch optimierte Lösungen zu bieten – jemanden, der seine/ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen in unser agiles Team einbringt und einen wesentlichen Teil dazu beiträgt AI-first zu werden.

  • leitest unser NL-Team
  • berichtest direkt an den CTO
  • steuerst Dienstleister
  • erstellst Richtlinien zur Softwarearchitektur sowie Programmierstandards und stellt deren Einhaltung sicher
  • sorgst für hochverfügbare, skalierbare, robuste und sichere Software
  • überführst Backlog-Elemente in Anforderungen und Konzepte
  • implementierst, testest, dokumentierst, präsentierst und übergibst an den Betrieb (Ops)
  • behebst Fehler, baust technische Schulden ab und schätzt Aufwände

Dein Profil. Du...

  • verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Teamleiter.
  • hat einen Abschluss in Informatik, Data Science, Data Analytics oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
  • bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Entwickler mit JavaScript, Node.js, Vue.js, Java und Python mit.
  • bist es gewohnt, KI-Tools für sich arbeiten zu lassen (z. B. für Code-Erstellung, Tests usw.).
  • Idealerweise bist du mit Apache, Tomcat, Linux, Docker, Jira und Git vertraut.
  • hast Erfahrung mit relationalen Datenbanken und können komplexe Abfragen verstehen und schreiben.
  • legst Wert auf eine hohe Code-Qualität.
  • bist kundenorientiert und arbeiten gerne im Team.
  • arbeitest gerne in einem agilen Umfeld.
  • sprichst fließend Niederländisch (Muttersprache oder zweisprachig)
  • sprichst verhandlungssicher Englisch (C1-C2)
