Die Movis trägt zu einer gesunden und positiven Gestaltung der Arbeits- und Lebenswelt bei. Seit 1922 engagieren wir uns - zuerst als Pionierin, heute als führendes Unternehmen - für über 800 Kunden. Unsere Dienstleistungen sind als Teil des betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements auf Prävention, Früherkennung und Integration ausgerichtet. Wir beraten Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte und Personaldienste zu psychosozialen Fragestellungen, mit dem Ziel, das Wohlbefinden und die Leistungsfähigkeit der Mitarbeitenden zu fördern.

Für unsere Beratungsstelle in Basel suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Beratungsperson 80 - 100%

IHRE MISSION ###

* Beratung von Mitarbeitenden unserer Kundenunternehmen bei betrieblichen, persönlichen, gesundheitlichen , finanziellen und eingliederungsspezifischen Fragestellungen

  • Regelmässige Falladministration und Sicherstellung einer lückenlosen Falldokumentation
  • Bei Bedarf Unterstützung der Teamleitung und /oder Kundenbetreuung
  • Der Hauptarbeitsort ist Basel. Bei Bedarf können auch Einsätze an anderen Stellen erfolgen.

IHRE SUPERKRÄFTE ###

  • Studium in Sozialer Arbeit oder Psychologie oder verwandten Sozialwissenschaften (FH oder Uni) zwingend erforderlich
  • Breite, mehrjährige Beratungserfahrung
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen mit unterschiedlichsten Hintergründen
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse in Sozialversicherungsfragen von Vorteil
  • Zusatzausbildung oder Erfahrung in Mediation, Coaching, Teaminterventionen wünschenswert
  • Sprachkenntnisse: fliessend in Deutsch, verhandlungssicher in Englisch und Französisch
  • Eine Prise Optimismus & Humor sind willkommen
