Unsere Dienstleistungen sind als Teil des betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements auf Prävention, Früherkennung und Integration ausgerichtet. Wir beraten Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte und Personaldienste zu psychosozialen Fragestellungen, mit dem Ziel, das Wohlbefinden und die Leistungsfähigkeit der Mitarbeitenden zu fördern.

Wir suchen für unseren Hauptsitz in Zürich, als Mutterschaftsvertretung, per Anfang Dezember 2026 bis Ende Juni 2027 einen

Senior Accountant (70 – 80%)

IHRE MISSION − Selbstständige und fachlich sichere Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung − Sicherstellung eines termingerechten und qualitativ einwandfreien Tagesgeschäfts − Vorbereitung termingerechter Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach OR − Prüfung und Plausibilisierung der Finanzdaten inklusive Intercompany-Abstimmungen − Unterstützung des CFOs − Unterstützung und Mitarbeit bei der Fakturierung und dem Kundenvertragsmanagement − Mitwirkung bei Themen der Kostenrechnung, Kostenstellenrechnung und des Controllings − Mitwirkung bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Group Accounting Manuals und des internen Kontrollsys-tems (IKS) − Mitwirkung bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse und Kontrollen im Rechnungswesen − Bereitschaft, ad-hoc-Aufgaben zu übernehmen − IHRE SUPERKRÄFTE − Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung − Gute Kenntnisse nach OR − Gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse sind willkommen − Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und idealerweise Abacus − Selbstständige, exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise − Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein − Belastbare und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
