Die movum Immobilientreuhand GmbH ist ein kleines, persönlich geführtes Unternehmen mit einem gemischten Portfolio aus Mietliegenschaften und Stockwerkeigentümergemeinschaften.

Wir suchen per 1\. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die gerne selbständig arbeitet, Verantwortung übernimmt und Freude daran hat, sich in unterschiedliche Aufgaben einzuarbeiten.

Bei uns erwartet Sie kein einseitiger Arbeitsalltag, sondern ein breites und abwechslungsreiches Tätigkeitsgebiet, ein motiviertes Team inklusive.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Telefonischer und schriftlicher Kontakt mit Mietern, Eigentümern, Behörden und Handwerkern
  • Durchführung von Objektbegehungen sowie nach Einarbeitung Wohnungsabnahmen und \-übergaben
  • Organisation und Vorbereitung von Stockwerkeigentümerversammlungen
  • Protokollführung und nach Einarbeitung Leitung kleinerer Stockwerkeigentümerversammlungen, insbesondere im Frühjahr
  • Führung der Kreditoren\- und Debitorenbuchhaltung inklusive Mahnwesen
  • Mitarbeit bei Jahresabschlüssen
  • Bearbeitung und Koordination von Schadenfällen
  • Begleitung von Sanierungs\- und Renovationsprojekten mit externen Dienstleistern
  • Überwachung und Koordination von Terminen, Fristen und Pendenzen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Erfahrung in der Immobilienbranche von Vorteil, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
  • Gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse, Immotop2 von Vorteil
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise ist Voraussetzung
  • Organisationstalent und Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen
  • Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und an abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben
  • Bereitschaft, sich in neue Fachgebiete einzuarbeiten und dazuzulernen
