The position ensures smooth day-to-day coordination between the sales team, customers, local teams, Central Europe functions, shared service teams, and external partners.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day financial and administrative activities between local operations and OTC, RTR, and PTP Shared Service teams, ensuring effective follow-up on open items, action lists, and outstanding issues.
  • Follow up on supplier invoices, e-Archive invoices, account discrepancies, missing documents, and related corrective actions.
  • Manage sales order, invoice, return, and credit note processes in the ERP system (M3) and related systems
  • Monitor customer credit limits, collateral, and guarantees in coordination with the relevant internal teams.
  • Coordinate customer account reconciliations and support the resolution of invoice, return, rebate, and deduction discrepancies.
  • Support bank documentation, payment-related follow-up, and communication with local banks.
  • Coordinate information and documentation required by tax advisers, independent auditors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Follow up on e-Ledger, e-Archive, and statutory certification processes handled by external advisers and service providers.
  • Monitor notifications and correspondence from public authorities (such as the Tax Office, SGK, KEP, and KETSIS) and ensure timely routing and follow-up with the appropriate responsible parties.
  • Collaborate with Shared Service teams during month-end and year-end closings by coordinating required information and documentation and following up on reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, IFRS 16 activities, and other closing-related actions.
  • Prepare regular operational reports, tracking files, and basic financial analyses

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Approximately 3 years of experience in financial operations, accounting support, customer accounts, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Experience in a multinational company or a shared services environment would be an advantage.
  • Hands-on knowledge of invoicing, collections, account reconciliations, and basic month-end activities.
  • General understanding of statutory and tax requirements in Türkiye.
  • Fluent English and Turkish language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working with ERP systems; knowledge of M3 would be an advantage.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships, take a proactive and solution-oriented approach, and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Strong organisational, follow-up, and documentation skills, combined with a reliable and detail-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities effectively.

What We Offer:

  • Great opportunity for personal and professional development in an international area
  • Ability to develop your career and experience new challenges
  • Attractive conditions of employment
  • Hybrid work model with 1-2 remote working days per week following the onboarding period
  • This is primarily a full-time position; however, we are also open to candidates seeking part-time employment (minimum half-time)

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
