What You’ll Do

  • Own the sales process from greeting to delivery
  • Build urgency and value during professional vehicle presentations
  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Prospect and generate repeat and referral business
  • Master product knowledge and competitive positioning
  • Deliver a top-tier customer experience that drives CSI results

What We Expect

  • Proven track record in automotive sales
  • Strong closing skills and objection handling
  • Self-motivated and competitive mindset
  • Ability to work evenings and Saturdays (closed Sundays)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Valid driver’s license with clean record
  • Willingness to complete background check and drug screen
