Deine Rolle als Scrum Master

Als erfahrener Scrum Master bist du der Treiber für den agilen Prozess und stellst sicher, dass deine Teams die Scrum-Prinzipien und -Praktiken verstehen und erfolgreich umsetzen. Dabei liegt dein Fokus nicht nur auf Agilität, sondern auch auf Anschlussfähigkeit – du hilfst, agile Ansätze passgenau in bestehende Strukturen zu integrieren.

Das erwartet dich

  • Du moderierst souverän Scrum-Events und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf von Daily Stand-ups, Sprint-Planungen, Reviews bis hin zu Retrospektiven.
  • Mit Empathie, wertschätzender Haltung und einem feinen Gespür für Menschen unterstützt du dein Team dabei, Hindernisse effektiv zu überwinden und den agilen Prozess kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du hilfst dem Product Owner, die Product Backlogs zu pflegen, Aufgaben zu priorisieren und das Team in seiner Selbstorganisation und stetigen Verbesserung zu fördern.
  • Als agiler Coach stärkst du die Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Teams und schaffst eine Kultur des Vertrauens, der Offenheit und des gegenseitigen Respekts.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Führung und Unterstützung agiler Teams durch den Scrum-Prozess.
  • Förderung von Zusammenarbeit, Selbstorganisation und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung.
  • Anpassung agiler Methoden an die spezifischen Bedürfnisse des Teams und der Stakeholder, mit einem besonderen Augenmerk auf Anschlussfähigkeit.
  • Sicherstellung eines klaren Fokus auf Value und Nutzen für alle Beteiligten.

Was du mitbringst

  • Min. 4 Jahre Erfahrung als Scrum Master.
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Leitung von Teams mit unterschiedlichen Stärken und Herausforderungen.
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene PSM I Zertifizierung. (Scrum.org)PSM II von Vorteil.
  • Eine flexible und pragmatische Arbeitsweise: Für dich ist Scrum ein Werkzeug, das individuell angepasst werden kann, und kein starres Regelwerk.
  • Eine wertschätzende Haltung, Empathie und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Menschen.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich.

Nice-to-Haves

Erfahrung im Verwaltungsumfeld oder vergleichbaren öffentlichen Institutionen.
