Co bude tvou náplní práce?

  • Vyřizování telefonátů od zákazníků.
  • Poskytování informací a odpovídání na dotazy.
  • Pomoc zákazníkům při řešení jejich požadavků a případných problémů.
  • Aktivní naslouchání a hledání vhodných řešení podle potřeb zákazníků.
  • Práce s interními systémy a evidence komunikace.
  • Předávání složitějších požadavků příslušným oddělením.
  • Spolupráce s kolegy a důraz na kvalitní zákaznickou péči.

Koho hledáme?
