Responsibilities

  • Support the project manager in planning, tracking and running project work plans, milestones and deliverables.

  • Help manage requirements, change requests and configuration control.
  • Take part in integration events, field tests and customer reviews.
  • Follow open issues until they’re closed.

Requirements

  • B.Sc./B.A. in Industrial Engineering & Management, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or management, or in a relevant military role.
  • Excellent Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Eligibility for Israeli security clearance.

Advantages

  • Military service in air defense, C4I, intelligence technology or operational/technical units.
  • Familiarity with defense or software development lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, systems engineering).

Why Join Us

  • You’ll work on systems that protect lives.
  • You’ll get hands-on mentorship and a clear path to Project Manager.
  • You’ll join a team of talented, mission-driven people.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.
