Pour compléter notre équipe dans le département R\&D, nous cherchons un/e :

R\&D Engineer (H/F/X) 100%

Votre mission

\- Concevoir et développer des produits microtechniques innovants, de la phase conceptuelle à la validation finale

\- Livrer une conception robuste, validée et industrialisable, permettant à la production de fabriquer le produit de manière fiable

\- Réaliser les calculs, analyses de risques et revues de conception

\- Collaborer étroitement avec les clients, la production et les partenaires externes

\- Définir et documenter les solutions techniques selon les standards MPS

\- Participer à la conception d’outillages et de moyens de test ou de production

\- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des méthodes et processus R\&D

Votre profil

\- Diplôme d’ingénieur EPF ou HES en mécanique, microtechnique ou domaine équivalent

\- Idéalement 5 ans d’expérience en développement de produits microtechniques ou mécatroniques, de la conception à l’industrialisation

\- Maîtrise d’un logiciel CAO 3D (La connaissance de SolidWorks constitue un atout)

\- Vous êtes compétent dans l’établissement et le contrôle de dessins techniques selon les normes ISO GPS, notamment ISO 8015 (atout).

\- Connaissances en électronique, moteurs ou programmation (atout)

\- Vous faites preuve de méthode et de persévérance dans la résolution des problèmes

\- Vous savez expliquer clairement des sujets techniques complexes à des interlocuteurs variés, techniques ou non techniques

\- Vous savez orienter les choix techniques et coordonner des intervenants de différents métiers, sans lien hiérarchique.

\- Vous organisez votre travail en autonomie et savez arbitrer entre plusieurs projets

\- Vous êtes flexible et disposé à voyager à l’étranger lorsque les projets l'exigent.

Langues : Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (niveau B2 minimum)

Lieu de travail : 2504 Bienne. Déplacements professionnels à l’étranger : environ 10 à 20 % du temps.
