Job Description:

  • Stay up to date with industry trend to monitor external factors and internal business data to analyze and forecast impacts on the organization.
  • To collect and interpret marketing data from various sources, including customer surveys, website and social media, and secondary data.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, provide findings, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.
  • To extract data and create reports, customer journey and market research as required.

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor's degree or higher preferably in Business or Marketing
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Marketing or business, preferably in telecom industry
  • Prefer candidate who have prior experience in conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and understanding customer behavior would be valuable.
  • Prefer candidates who worked as quantitative and qualitative analysis and/or data analysis.
  • Prefer candidates who experience in Power BI and visualization tools.
  • Excellent in communication, creative and with attention in detail.
  • Result oriented and complete tasks in timely manner.
  • Marketing Skills; have commercial awareness, market acknowledgement, and customer focus.
  • Data analytic mindset with strong planning, organizing and business sense.
