The posting

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and payment processing. They should have excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks efficiently. The Payment Supervisor should also be able to work independently and manage their own workload.

Responsibilities:

  • To perform PO closure management process smoothly.
  • To communicate with related stakeholders in order to complete PO closure successfully.
  • To communicate with vendor to enquire the PO related information.
  • To follow and check payment transitions to proceed PO closure regularly.
  • To have the knowledge of how to calculate GR/IR (Goods Receipts/Invoice Receipts) tax amount to prepare closure form.
  • To be able to support for payment management.
  • To prepare the Payment slip and follow up the Management's signature for getting approval in time.
  • To manage and prepare for department's audit report and requirement.
  • To handle department contract document.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in payment processing or related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other accounting software.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
