Für unseren Mandanten, ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Bereich Gebäudetechnik in der Region Winterthur, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen engagierten Mitarbeiter Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d) 100%. Unser Mandant ist in der Planung, Installation und Wartung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen tätig und bietet ein professionelles Umfeld mit abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben.

Aufgaben

In dieser Funktion sind Sie für die Installation, Inbetriebnahme und den Unterhalt von heizungs-, lüftungs- und klimatechnischen Anlagen verantwortlich. Sie führen Wartungs- und Servicearbeiten an bestehenden Installationen durch, erkennen Störungen und beheben diese fachgerecht. Zudem unterstützen Sie bei der Planung und Umsetzung neuer Projekte im Bereich Gebäudetechnik und stellen die Einhaltung der einschlägigen Normen und Vorschriften sicher.

Anforderungen

Unser Mandant erwartet eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Heizungsinstallateur, Sanitärinstallateur oder in einem verwandten Bereich der Gebäudetechnik. Sie bringen Berufserfahrung in der Installation und im Unterhalt von HLK-Anlagen mit und verfügen über solide Kenntnisse der geltenden Schweizer Normen und Vorschriften. Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus. Sie zeichnen sich durch eine selbständige, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein aus. Ein Führerausweis der Kategorie B ist von Vorteil.
