• Coordenar a equipe para atingir os objetivos e resultados, além de solicitar contratações, capacitar, desligar e transferir os membros da equipe, a fim de alcançar uma melhor performance;

• Analisar e avaliar os aspectos econômicos contratuais no tocante da mão-de-obra e quantidade de materiais, visando identificar oportunidades ou alternativas que permitam a redução de custos;

• Estudar em conjunto com o cliente e o gerente do contrato, as necessidades da empresa implementar os respectivos programas de desenvolvimento de novos equipamentos, produtos, automações, processos etc., visando contribuir com a melhora da qualidade e o aumento da competitividade dos processos e participação no mercado da empresa.

Responsabilidades e atribuições • Planejar, organizar e coordenar as atividades dentro das especificações e padrões de qualidade estabelecidos, visando assegurar o cumprimento dos objetivos da empresa e dos contratos específicos dos clientes;

• Administrar e elaborar cronogramas, visando garantir a melhor alocação de materiais, mão-de-obra, equipamentos e suas respectivas manutenções, entre outros;

• Controlar as despesas gerais da área (materiais de consumo, telefonia, insumos de informática, combustíveis, etc.), visando contribuir para a redução de custos nesses itens;

• Administrar procedimentos e determinar diretrizes para manutenção da unidade no que se refere a limpeza, pintura, conservação etc., visando manter o local em condições que propiciem o melhor desempenho dos colaboradores e dos equipamentos;

• Realizar ou apoiar os diálogos diários de segurança com sua equipe;

• Validar os turnos de trabalho propostos pelos supervisores e encarregados com a finalidade de manter o balanceamento da mão-de-obra, visando manter fluxo de trabalho nas unidades e maior produtividade dos recursos humanos;

• Participar ativamente das negociações coletivas e ações trabalhistas;

• Acompanhar a execução de auditorias, visando identificar necessidades de alterações/modificações que permitam a obtenção das certificações;

• Realizar a implantação e avaliação de processos através da análise de indicadores com o objetivo de garantir a satisfação do cliente;

• Acompanhar e analisar os fechamentos mensais de resultado elaborando a confecção de relatórios para apresentar em reuniões com os dirigentes;

• Apoiar o Gerente de Operações nas repactuações e reajustes contratuais.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo;Possuir sólida experiência na área de logística e/ou almoxarifado;

Desejável experiência em gestão de pessoas.
