Realizar ajustes mecânicos e lubrificação de componentes, interpretando projetos técnicos, consultando catálogos de fabricantes e auxiliando na análise de projetos mecânicos em conjunto com a área de engenharia. Fazer a gestão de materiais, garantindo a preservação e o correto armazenamento de peças e equipamentos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar ajustagem mecânica de peças, conjuntos de máquinas, redutores, bombas, rolamentos e superfícies usinadas;Realizar inspeção e verificação das necessidades de preservação de equipamentos e materiais mecânicos;Substituir peças e executar pequenos reparos mecânicos, removendo corrosões e aplicando técnicas de lubrificação;Preservar materiais e equipamentos mecânicos, incluindo redutores, bombas, acoplamentos, chapas de desgaste, engrenagens, parafusos sem fim, rolamentos e unidades vibratórias;Ler e interpretar recomendações técnicas de fornecedores e procedimentos de engenharia da VALE (SPE);Analisar projetos mecânicos junto à área de engenharia e realizar consultas em catálogos técnicos de fabricantes;Executar o plano de preservação de materiais e equipamentos mecânicos adquiridos ou provenientes de sobras de obra;Inserir dados no sistema ERP SPMAT ou outro indicado pela empresa, garantindo o controle e rastreabilidade dos materiais;Emitir relatórios técnicos sobre o plano de preservação de materiais e equipamentos mecânicos;Segregar e descartar adequadamente materiais provenientes de embalagens e equipamentos obsoletos;Apoiar na conferência de materiais e na realização de inventários periódicos.
