  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience working with large and complex datasets
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, with familiarity with Python and/or R; experience with analytical platforms such as SAS, Dataiku, or similar tools is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data and analytical findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for senior audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to data integrity and analytical rigor
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of seniority, with confidence presenting insights and recommendations to a broad range of stakeholders

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
