This role combines strategic analytics leadership, executive stakeholder engagement, and business intelligence execution to help shape the future growth and operating model of the Workplace business.

  • Identify cross-sell, referral, and Workplace-to-Wealth conversion opportunities across Wealth Management, Institutional channels, Corporate Client Coverage, and advisor networks.
  • Deliver sales and pipeline intelligence to support prospecting, revenue expansion, and opportunity prioritization, leveraging internal data and external sources such as Equilar, PitchBook, and CB Insights.
  • Oversee participant and asset analytics, including segmentation, participant growth, asset acquisition and retention drivers, and equity compensation holding behavior.
  • Direct financial analytics supporting business planning, compensation, referral economics, revenue attribution, accruals, payout programs, and financial performance management.
  • Advance analytics infrastructure and capabilities with Technology, Data Engineering, and Data Governance, improving data quality, metric consistency, reporting scalability, AI-enabled analytics, and self-service business intelligence.
  • Lead and develop the analytics team, overseeing delivery and building alignment with senior stakeholders across Workplace, Wealth Management, Product, Finance, Operations, and Technology.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on SQL/Python experience, including complex modeling and data manipulation.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex analytics programs that span business, technology, data, and executive stakeholder groups. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large, complex datasets into concise business recommendations.
  • Proven ability to develop analytics strategies, performance frameworks, executive reporting, and actionable business insights and to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Strong leadership experience managing teams and developing talent within a high-performance environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
