Responsabilidades *List main responsibilities for this role. El horario de pasantia del becario es de 8:00 a 13:00 de lunes a viernes, los dias viernes se trabaja en casa (Home oficce) Sueldo de becario: 7000 MXN por mes Área: Finanzas Duración: 6 meses Carreras Contabilidad, Finanzas, etc Objetivo Mejorar la precisión y eficiencia en el registro y conciliación de cuentas de gastos anuales, gestionar adecuadamente los pedimentos y la integración de sistemas, y optimizar la administración del portal de proveedores para fortalecer la gestión financiera y las relaciones con los proveedores. Actividades % 1 Registro de cuentas de gastos anuales: Garantizar la exactitud y la puntualidad en el registro de todos los gastos anuales. Facilitar la planificación y el control presupuestario mediante el registro detallado y organizado de los gastos. 20% 2 Registro de pedimentos: Mantener un registro preciso y actualizado de todos los pedimentos. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones aduaneras y facilitar la gestión de inventarios y costos. 20% 3 Conciliación de cuentas de gastos con agente: Verificar y conciliar las cuentas de gastos con los registros del agente. Identificar y resolver cualquier discrepancia de manera oportuna para mantener la integridad de los registros financieros. 10% 4 Escritorio remoto(readsoft) a SAP: Asegurar una integración fluida y precisa de datos entre Citrix y SAP. Mejorar la eficiencia operativa mediante la automatización y la sincronización de datos entre los sistemas. 40% 5 Gestión del Portal de Proveedores: Optimizar la administración del portal de proveedores para mejorar la comunicación y la colaboración. Facilitar el acceso de los proveedores a la información relevante y los procesos de pago. 10% Requisitos *List critical qualifications for the role and any addition nice to have qualifications. Conocimientos *Educación y Formación: Estudiante de 4o. semestre en adelante de contabilidad. Conocimientos básicos de contabilidad. dominio de partida doble. Familiaridad con el uso de sistemas ERP, preferiblemente SAP. *Habilidades Técnicas: Conocimientos en conciliación de cuentas y gestión de pagos. Competencia en el uso de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel para el análisis de datos y la generación de reportes. *Experiencia: Experiencia previa en prácticas o trabajos relacionados con la contabilidad, finanzas o gestión de proveedores es deseable pero no indispensable. *Habilidades Blandas: Atención al detalle y precisión en el manejo de datos. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal. Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con diferentes departamentos. Buenas habilidades organizativas y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente. *Competencias Adicionales: Proactividad y disposición para aprender y adaptarse a nuevos desafíos. Capacidad para trabajar bajo supervisión mínima y cumplir con plazos estrictos. Ética profesional y confidencialidad en el manejo de la información financiera. *Idiomas: Dominio del idioma español. Conocimiento intermedio de inglés #LI-ML1
