Responsibilities Nous recrutons actuellement un(e) Chef d’équipe – Niveau II (M/F) pour notre usine de fabrication à Châtillon, en France. Dans ce rôle, vous superviserez les opérations de fabrication manuelles et automatisées et veillerez au bon fonctionnement des activités de production. Résumé du poste – Objectif du poste Superviser les opérations de production et établir les plannings de travail. Coordonner les activités de l’équipe de production et veiller à ce que les tâches soient réalisées efficacement. Veiller à la sécurité des travailleurs sur le site de production. Maintenir une communication claire avec les membres de l’équipe afin de garantir une collaboration efficace, en lien avec les principes du MBS. Contrôler les processus de production et ajuster les équipements si nécessaire. S’assurer que les produits finis répondent aux exigences de qualité. Gérer les problèmes de production et contribuer à la résolution des conflits au sein de l’équipe. Former et accompagner les membres de l’équipe afin de favoriser le développement de leurs compétences. Participer aux réunions de production afin de suivre les performances et de discuter des projets à venir. Contribuer à l’amélioration continue et assurer la remontée des informations pertinentes. _______________________________ Now Hiring at our Chatillon France Manufacturing plant for a Chef d' equipe niveai II /M/F / Production Team Leader Level II. In this role, He/she will perform the following functions: Oversee production operations, supervise the performance of manual or automatic manufacturing operations and establish work schedules. Coordinate the activities of the production team and ensure that tasks are carried out efficiently. Ensure the safety of workers on the production site. Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure effective collaboration with MBS. Control production processes and adjust equipment as necessary. Ensure that finished products meet quality requirements. Manage production issues and resolve conflicts between team members. Train and supervise team members to develop their skills. Participate in production meetings to discuss performance and future projects. Continuous improvement and feedback. Qualifications Expérience requise: Expérience dans un poste similaire dans l’industrie des plastiques, notamment dans un environnement d’impression par tampographie, d’assemblage ou d’injection. Expérience dans un poste permettant d’avoir développé des compétences en leadership et en gestion d’équipe. Connaissances avancées en tampographie, en assemblage et/ou dans les processus d’injection. Maîtrise des outils informatiques nécessaires à l’utilisation d’un ordinateur. Connaissance des outils et méthodes d’amélioration continue. Expérience dans l’utilisation d’un ERP, par exemple SAP. Expérience souhaitée: Expérience confirmée en tant que chef d’équipe. Formation requise: Baccalauréat professionnel, BTS ou diplôme équivalent. Niveau de français C1. Sensibilisation aux exigences HSE. Formation / qualifications souhaitées: Formation de technicien de production. CQP Chef d’équipe. Niveau intermédiaire en anglais (A2). _______________________________ Experience Required: Experience in an equivalent position in the plastics industry, in a pad printing/assembly/injection workshop Experience in a position that has provided the corresponding knowledge of team leadership Advanced knowledge of pad printing or assembly, assembly or injection process Computer skills to use a computer Knowledge of continuous improvement tools Experience in the use of an ERP (e.g. SAP) Preferred: Proven experience as a team leader. Education Required: Professional baccalaureate or BTS or equivalent level diploma Fluent level in French (C1) HSE sensitivity Preferred: CQP Production Technician CQP Team Leader Intermediate Level in English (A2)
