Responsibilities Perform routine and preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery, sewing machines, equipment, and all facility systems ensuring proper and safe operation. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system failures. Maintain and repair facility infrastructure and equipment. Perform setups and changeovers in a safe and efficient manner in a fast-paced production environment. Respond promptly to inoperable production and facility equipment and report any potentially hazardous situations. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to assist in troubleshooting and repairs. Assist in the installation, modification, and upgrade of machinery and equipment. Conduct regular inspections to identify wear and potential failures, ensuring timely intervention. Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment efficiency. Utilize and maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe secure work environment. Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and implementing efficiency-enhancing solutions. Assist with inventory management of spare parts and maintenance supplies. Qualifications Experience in industrial maintenance and knowledge in: Electrical systems Industrial controls/PLC’s Pneumatics and hydraulics Technical drawing’s Mechanical systems Facility systems Machine shop equipment (lathe and mill) Sewing machine repairs Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work collaboratively with team members across all levels of the organization. #LI-GM1
