Responsabilidades Atuar como referência técnica da MSA junto à rede de distribuidores. Desenvolver oportunidades de negócios e expandir a presença da MSA na região. Promover treinamentos técnicos para distribuidores, parceiros e clientes. Apoiar clientes finais na especificação e aplicação de soluções de segurança.Fortalecer relacionamentos estratégicos com distribuidores e principais stakeholders. Disseminar conhecimento técnico sobre produtos, soluções e aplicações da MSA.Impulsionar a homologação e adoção do portfólio de produtos junto aos clientes. Identificar, acompanhar e influenciar oportunidades de vendas ao longo do ciclo comercial.Prestar suporte técnico-comercial para maximizar o sucesso dos parceiros de negócios. Contribuir diretamente para o crescimento da região por meio do desenvolvimento de mercado.Promover a satisfação e fidelização de clientes, distribuidores e usuários finais. Atuar como elo entre a MSA, os parceiros de canal e os clientes, garantindo excelência técnica e comercial. Requisitos Requisitos Excelente capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal e comunicação. Perfil pragmático, proativo e orientado ao cliente. Capacidade de atuar com autonomia, influenciar decisões e desenvolver relacionamentos estratégicos. Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes em todo o território nacional. Ensino Médio completo. Desejável formação técnica em Segurança do Trabalho, Mecânica, Elétrica, Automação ou áreas correlatas.
