Your Purpose ##

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategy Intern to support the analysis, design, and delivery of strategic initiatives across the business. This internship provides hands-on experience in corporate strategy, operating-model development, business transformation, and project execution. The role supports senior stakeholders by structuring complex topics, developing evidence-based recommendations, reviewing strategic projects, and helping translate priorities into clear actions and governance.

Your Impact ##

  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market developments, business models, emerging technologies, and relevant best practices.
  • Support the development of corporate and functional strategies, including growth, digital, artificial intelligence, commercial, product, and operating-model initiatives.
  • Analyse business information, organisational structures, processes, and performance data to identify issues, opportunities, and strategic implications.
  • Apply structured problem-solving frameworks to clarify complex questions, test assumptions, develop options, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Support the design and review of operating models, governance structures, roles and responsibilities, decision rights, and cross-functional ways of working.
  • Review internal and external project proposals, consultant deliverables, scopes of work, and recommendations to assess strategic alignment, quality, feasibility, and expected value.
  • Provide project-management support for selected strategic initiatives, including planning, progress tracking, stakeholder coordination, meeting preparation, action follow-up, and risk identification.
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, and decision materials that communicate findings, strategic options, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly and concisely.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to gather input, align priorities, and support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, governance, resource allocation, and execution effectiveness.

Your Journey so far ##

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, Finance, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualisation tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with strategic analysis (SWOT analysis, RACI matrix, etc.), business cases, operating models, market research, financial analysis, or project management is an advantage.

Your Essentials ##

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, structure complex challenges, and provide insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment with an agile, consultant-like approach.
  • Interest in corporate strategy, business transformation, emerging technologies, and strategy execution.
  • EU passport or work permit for Switzerland.
  • Valid internship agreement.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
