Your Purpose ###

As a Yacht Club Chef de Partie, working under the supervision of our YC Chef De Couisine, you are a cornerstone of our elite culinary brigade, responsible for delivering an exceptional fine-dining experience to our most discerning guests. In this leadership role, you will oversee a specific section of the galley, ensuring that every dish meets the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation. Working within the exclusive Yacht Club area, your mastery of culinary techniques, organizational skills, and refined palate will be vital in executing a globally inspired, sophisticated menu. Your contribution will be instrumental in creating an elevated gastronomic journey that defines the luxury and elegance of the MSC Yacht Club.

Your Impact ###

As a Chef de Partie in the Yacht Club, your leadership and culinary expertise will shape the premium onboard dining experience. You will manage and mentor your team, ensuring consistency, precision, and creativity in every dish served. Your ability to maintain efficiency under pressure and enforce rigorous safety and hygiene standards will be key in delivering a seamless and elegant service. Through your dedication, you will enhance the reputation of our Yacht Club, consistently exceed guest expectations and contribute to memorable voyage moments through culinary excellence

Your Journey So Far ###

* You have solid experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably gained in luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, or onboard premium cruise ships.

* You hold a recognized culinary diploma or certification, demonstrating strong technical expertise and knowledge of international cuisines.

* You have proven ability to manage a galley section independently, delivering high-end dishes with precision, consistency, and creativity.

* You are deeply familiar with food safety regulations, including HACCP standards, and apply them rigorously.

Your Essentials ###

* Fluency in English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with team members and management.

* Proven Ship experience in a similar role

* Demonstrated success in fine-dining or luxury hospitality

* Culinary certification aligned with international standards and contemporary gastronomic practices.

* A genuine passion for high-level gastronomy, paired with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
