Náplň práce (Scrum Master pro oblast GSM&WS VT):o Zajištění efektivní implementace a dodržování agilních principů, hodnot a rámců (Scrum, Kanban) v rámci IT oddělení. Vedení agilních ceremonií (sprint planning, review, retrospektiva, daily stand-up, backlog grooming).o Podpora transparentnosti a spolupráce uvnitř týmu i navenek směrem ke stakeholderům (Product Managers, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, QA týmy). Odstraňování překážek (impediments) bránících produktivitě týmu.o Sběr a vyhodnocování agilních metrik pro sledování pokroku a výkonnosti vývojového cyklu, analýza trendů pro kontinuální zlepšování.o Vedení a školení členů týmu v oblasti agilních rolí, odpovědností a osvědčených postupů, aktivní zapojení do agilní komunity.Požadavky na uchazeče:o Minimálně bakalářské vzdělání v oboru IT, inženýrství, počítačových věd nebo v příbuzném technickém směru.o Preferováno minimálně 5 let zkušeností s prací na rozsáhlých a komplexních projektech vývoje IT systémů.o Hluboká znalost frameworků Scrum a Kanban; prokazatelná zkušenost na pozici Scrum Mastera (nebo obdobné roli) v prostředí vývoje softwaru. Certifikace Scrum Master (např. PSM, CSM) výhodou.o Preferována znalost anglického jazyk
