Dann suchen wir genau Dich - im Rheinland oder als Onsite Techniker im Uniklinikum Aachen - jemanden, der nicht nur repariert, sondern mitdenkt und mitgestaltet!

  • Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als IT-Systemelektroniker, Büroinformationselektroniker oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im IT-Bereich
  • Du bringst praktische Erfahrungen in der Wartung und Reparatur von Druckern und Multifunktionssystemen mit - idealerweise der Marken LEXMARK, KYOCERA oder Konica Minolta
  • Du verfügst über ein sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und erkennst Probleme, bevor sie entstehen
  • Du kennst dich in der Netzwerktechnik und mit Microsoft-Betriebssystemen aus
  • Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, kundenorientiert und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben stets den Überblick
  • Selbstständigkeit, Sorgfalt und eine klare Priorisierung sind für Dich keine Herausforderung, sondern Alltag

Deine Aufgaben

Als Teil unseres erfahrenen Field-Service-Teams bist Du direkt bei unseren Kunden vor Ort im Einsatz und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft. Dabei erwarten Dich abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben mit Verantwortung und Freiraum zur eigenen Gestaltung:

  • Installation, Wartung und Reparatur von Druckern und Multifunktionssystemen in Deiner Region
  • Netzwerkintegration, sowie Installation von Treibern und Softwarelösungen
  • Technische Unterstützung der Kunden - inklusive Schulung der Anwender und Administratoren bei der Inbetriebnahme der Systeme
  • Dokumentation Deiner Arbeit zur Qualitätssicherung
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten mit direktem Kundenkontakt
