The posting

At MSQ DX, we help complex organizations create smarter digital products and experiences that deliver meaningful customer and business impact. Our teams bring together strategy, technology, design, data, and AI-enabled approaches to solve complex digital challenges.

As an Experience Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in understanding how digital experiences perform today and uncovering the insights that shape what comes next. Working across Analytics & Insights, Experience Strategy, Content Strategy, Experience Design, and Technology, you’ll leverage data, research, and a range of analytical tools to evaluate customer behavior, search performance, audience intent, and digital journeys — identifying opportunities to improve experiences and drive measurable business impact.

You’ll help translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform experience strategy, content priorities, design decisions, and future-state recommendations. From current-state assessments and performance audits to measurement frameworks and ongoing optimization, your work will help ensure the experiences we create are grounded in evidence and continually evolving to meet customer and business needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze website analytics, behavioral data, search performance, and customer journeys to uncover trends, friction points, audience intent, and opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct current-state analytics audits and performance assessments to establish benchmarks, identify gaps, and inform future-state experience strategies and recommendations
  • Evaluate SEO/GEO performance, organic search visibility, search intent, and emerging AI-driven discovery trends to identify opportunities for greater discoverability and engagement
  • Analyze user journeys, navigation patterns, content engagement, conversion funnels, and key interactions to understand how customers move through digital experiences
  • Translate complex data from multiple sources and analytical tools into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for clients and internal teams
  • Partner with Experience Strategy, Content Strategy, and Experience Design to ensure behavioral insights and performance data inform customer journeys, content priorities, design decisions, and strategic roadmaps
  • Define and support measurement frameworks, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with customer needs, business objectives, and experience goals
  • Collaborate with Technology on analytics implementation, tagging strategies, event tracking, and data collection requirements
  • Support GA4/GTM implementation and quality assurance, validating data accuracy, identifying tracking gaps, and improving measurement reliability
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance analyses that make data accessible, meaningful, and actionable
  • Support experimentation, A/B testing, and optimization initiatives by establishing baselines, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor and evaluate experience performance over time, measuring the impact of changes and recommending ongoing optimizations

Your Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in digital analytics, experience analytics, customer insights, digital performance, or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of website analytics, customer behavior, digital journeys, and how data informs experience strategy and business decisions
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console
  • Familiarity with SEO/GEO, AI visibility, and behavioral analytics tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Peec AI, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar platforms
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Solid understanding of digital measurement, event tracking, tagging, data quality, and analytics implementation best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify meaningful patterns, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex information accessible and compelling to clients and cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach to uncovering insights and opportunities
  • Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance measurement is a plus

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

Is it a subscription?
