Чем предстоит заниматься: Работа с входящими заявками от клиентов сегмента СМБ Консультирование по продуктам МТС Exolve Подбор решений под бизнес-задачи клиента Оформление коммерческих предложений, договоров и счетов Контроль оплаты, ведение документооборота (включая ЭДО) Сопровождать полный цикл сделки — от первого контакта до подписания договора и передачи клиента Работать в CRM-системе, фиксировать все этапы взаимодействия с клиентом Что мы ожидаем: Опыт работы в B2B-продажах (желательно в IT, телекоме или облачных сервисах) от 1 года Успешный опыт обработки входящих заявок и закрытия сделок по тёплым лидам Навыки выявления потребностей и грамотной презентации решений Умение работать с возражениями и аргументировать ценность продукта Высшее образование Ориентация на результат и выполнение KPI Что мы предлагаем: Оформление в соответствии с ТК РФ Заработная плата строится из: оклада + премии Добровольное медицинское страхование (ДМС) со стоматологией Доступ к корпоративному университету МТС Гибридный график работы График работы 5/2 с 9 до 18, пятница до 16:45 Корпоративная мобильная связь Техника для работы (ноутбук) Участие в конференциях, курсы повышения скиллов
