  • Entwurf, Entwicklung und Wartung von hochwertigen Softwarelösungen für komplexe verteilte Geschäftsanwendungen
  • Mitgestaltung technischer Designentscheidungen sowie Beitrag zur Architektur und Weiterentwicklung unserer Softwareplattformen
  • Entwicklung von sauberem, wartbarem und gut getestetem Code nach modernen Best Practices des Software Engineerings
  • Aufbau sicherer, ausfallsicherer und leistungsstarker Services mit starkem Fokus auf Zuverlässigkeit, Wartbarkeit und operative Exzellenz
  • Optimierung von Anwendungsleistung, Ressourcennutzung und Systemreaktionsfähigkeit
  • Entwurf robuster APIs und Integration verteilter Systeme mithilfe moderner Kommunikationsmuster
  • Sicherstellung der Softwarequalität durch automatisiertes Testen, Code-Reviews, Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Verbesserung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Architekt*innen, QA-Engineers und internationalen Entwicklungsteams über den gesamten Software-Lifecycle hinweg
  • Mentoring weniger erfahrener Entwickler*innen durch Wissensaustausch, Förderung von Best Practices und Beitrag zu technischer Exzellenz
  • Auf dem Laufenden bleiben bezüglich neuer Technologien und proaktives Erkennen von Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung unserer Produkte und Entwicklungsprozesse

Dein Profil

  • Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Informatik, Software-Engineering oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • 10+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Hervorragende Kenntnisse in Java (Java 21/25 oder neuer)
  • Ausgeprägte Expertise mit Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security und dem Spring-Ökosystem
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Design und der Implementierung von RESTful APIs
  • Tiefes Verständnis von verteilten Systemen und Microservice-Architekturen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in JPA/Hibernate und relationalen Datenbanken, Erfahrung mit NoSQL-Datenbanken ist ein Vorteil
  • Solides Verständnis von Softwarearchitektur, Design Patterns und Clean-Architecture-Prinzipien
  • Erfahrung im Design von hochverfügbaren, fehlertoleranten und wartbaren Unternehmensanwendungen
  • Starkes Verständnis von Nebenläufigkeit (Concurrency), asynchroner Verarbeitung und Leistungsoptimierung
  • Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, GitLab CI oder ähnlichen Tools
  • Erfahrung mit automatisiertem Testen, Integrationstests und testgetriebener Entwicklung (TDD).
  • Exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten, Problemlösungskompetenz und KommunikationsstärkeFließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
