Das erwartet Dich bei uns:

  • Einen eigenen, modernen Transporter, den Du mit nach Hause nehmen darfst
  • Feste Arbeitszeiten von Montag bis Freitag (ihr stimmt euren Arbeitsbeginn als Team eigenständig ab, ansonsten gilt 07:00 - 15:30 Uhr)
  • Digitale Zeiterfassung per App - und wenn Du ausnahmsweise mal länger arbeitest, landet jede Minute auf Deinem Überstundenkonto und du kannst die Zeit später durch Freizeit ausgleichen
  • Keine Wochenendarbeit, keine Montageeinsätze, keine Rufbereitschaft
  • Einsätze ausschließlich auf Baustellen in Berlin
  • 30 Tage Urlaub sowie Sonderurlaub zu bestimmten persönlichen oder betrieblichen Anlässen
  • Finanzielle und zeitliche Unterstützung bei Weiterbildungen (z.B. beim Meister, Führerschein oder bei Spezialisierungskursen)
  • Unbefristete Festanstellung mit kurzer Probezeit von 3 Monaten
  • Ein kollegiales Team, welches sich gegenseitig unterstützt und auf Deine Bewerbung freut

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Installation von Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Lüftungsanlagen im Neubau und in der Sanierung
  • Rohrleitungen verlegen und an bestehende Systeme anbinden
  • Anlagen in Betrieb nehmen und prüfen
  • Reparaturen an bestehenden Anlagen durchführen

Das solltest Du mitbringen:

  • Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Gas- und Wasserinstallateur, Rohrleitungsbauer oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Berufserfahrung (auch durch rein praktische Kenntnisse, Quereinsteiger mit entsprechend gleichwertiger Berufserfahrung sind herzlich willkommen)
  • Erfahrung im Baustellenbetrieb ist von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse für die Kommunikation auf der Baustelle und im Team (mind. B2 Niveau, besser wäre C1)
  • Führerschein Klasse B (falls du keinen hast, aber die Bereitschaft zum Erlangen der Fahrerlaubnis mitbringst, können wir dich dabei auch finanziell unterstützen)
