Specializing in communications infrastructure, critical electrical power systems, and HVAC/mechanical services, we focus on engineering precision, dependable execution, and high safety standards in the field.
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Project Engineer/ Senior Project Engineer to lead multidisciplinary engineering installations from inception to completion. In this role, you will bridge technical design, commercial estimating, and on-site delivery—overseeing communication systems, hardware infrastructure, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, and HVAC/ACMV equipment. You will manage sub-contractors, drive testing and commissioning (T&C), control project budgets, and enforce strict workplace safety standards on-site.

- Commercial Tendering & Cost Control: Conduct site surveys, prepare cost estimates, BOQs, quotations, and project budgets. Track project expenditures and submit variation orders (VOs) to safeguard profit margins.
- Technical Review & On-Site Supervision: Interpret engineering drawings, single-line diagrams, schematics, and contract specifications. Supervise technicians and subcontractors during cabling, equipment mounting, and power cutover activities.
- Testing, Commissioning & Troubleshooting: Drive on-site troubleshooting, Testing & Commissioning (T&C), battery discharge/load bank testing for UPS units, and integrated system testing to ensure reliable operation prior to handover.
- Multi-Party Coordination: Serve as the frontline coordinator between clients, consultants, main contractors, equipment vendors, and internal engineering teams to resolve technical issues and site constraints promptly.
- Safety, Compliance & Project Handover: Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices, establish Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), and maintain comprehensive documentation—including progress reports, factory/site acceptance test (FAT/SAT) records, and final as-built drawings.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of hands-on electrical experience in a construction / maintenance setting. At least 2–4 years in a direct supervisory, foreman, or lead electrician role.
- Direct track record handling Communication Systems (fiber/copper cabling, PA, CCTV, access control, radio/network racks) or HVAC/ACMV Systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, ventilation, BMS integration). Communication & IT Systems: Structural cabling (fiber/copper), network racks, PA/CCTV/Access Control. Critical Power & Electrical: Static/modular UPS systems, battery banks, low-voltage switchboards, power distribution, and power cutovers.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to work on-site, stand/walk for extended periods, climb ladders/scaffolding, work in varied weather conditions.
- Strong site supervision, multi-tasking, and vendor coordination skills.
- Practical problem solver capable of working independently under tight project deadlines.
