Vårdcentralen MultiClinic är beläget i södra Malmö med cirka 7000 listade patienter. Vi är en privat vårdcentral som arbetar på uppdrag av Region Skåne. Lindängen är ett litet område med blandad befolkning, dock något högre andel familjer. Vi är medarbetare med mångfacetterad kompetens. I dagsläget har vi 4 specialistläkare i allmänmedicin,1 specialist läkare i psykiatri,1 legitimerade läkare . 1 gynekolog, 2 fysioterapeuter, dietist, kurator, rehab koordinator, 5 sjuksköterskor, arbetsterapeut samt undersköterskor och receptionister. Vi arbetar kontinuerligt för att erbjuda våra patienter god tillgänglighet samt trygghet. Många medarbetare talar andra språk än svenska och engelska, vilket är till fördel på grund av att många år vår patientgrupp inte talar svenska.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER

Hos oss arbetar du med klassiska uppgifter för sjuksköterska på en vårdcentral såsom telefonrådgivning, bokning, triagering och provtagning. Beroende på eget intresse och verksamhetens behov finns även möjlighet till att i viss mån bedriva egen mottagning. Vår verksamhet erbjuder goda utvecklingsmöjligheter med kompetensutveckling för all personal.

KVALIFIKATIONER

Vi söker dig som är legitimerad sjuksköterska med behörighet att verka inom svensk sjukvård. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av att arbeta på vårdcentral. Språkkunskap i svenska lägst nivå C1 enligt Europarådets nivåskala är också ett krav. Det kan också innebära godkänt betyg i svenska 3 alternativt godkänt betyg i svenska som andraspråk 3, eller godkänt resultat på kurs i svenska för utomnordiska studenter motsvarande 60 hp. Gärna Du har vana av att arbeta med datajournaler och gärna kännedom om PMO. Du som söker har god samarbetsförmåga och trivs med att arbeta tvärprofessionellt tillsammans med andra yrkeskategorier. Därtill har du förmåga att arbeta självständigt och är trygg i din yrkesroll, kan skapa förtroende hos patienter och närstående samt är positiv, lyssnande och tydlig i din kommunikation. Vi värdesätter att du bidrar aktivt till utveckling av verksamheten utifrån de behov som finns. Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid personliga egenskaper. I denna rekrytering tillämpar vi löpande urval.
