The posting

As Quality Manager, you will bring a strong operational background from an SCM role and use that experience to strengthen quality, process discipline, and continuous improvement across procurement, warehousing and logistics. This role is ideal for someone who has developed from hands-on supply chain responsibilities towards quality management, operational excellence, and structured process improvement.

You will work closely with the Head of Procurement and Head of Warehouse to enhance operational performance, introduce lean efforts, supplier and stakeholder management. Together you will work closely to implement and improve practical workflows, controls, and supplier interfaces. You will identify gaps, remove inefficiencies, support Lean optimization, and ensure that agreed improvements are embedded, followed up, and translated into measurable performance gains.

The role will have a reporting line to our Chief HSEQ & SCM Officer and work closely with the IMS team to ensure alignment with the company’s Integrated Management System.

  • Strengthening supplier interfaces by defining and following up on requirements for ordering, confirmations, documentation, delivery performance, quality issues, and corrective actions.
  • Lead daily Lean improvements through operational walk-throughs, waste and bottleneck analysis, root-cause analysis, and action plans with clear owners and deadlines; verify that implemented changes deliver the intended results.
  • Work with the Head of Procurement and Head of Warehouse to set improvement priorities, maintain SCM KPIs, and action trackers, resolve recurring operational issues, Non-conformance, and improve performance against agreed targets.
  • Perform recurring checks of process compliance, master data, transaction quality, and equipment inspection, calibration, and certification status; document deviations, coordinate corrections, and escalate overdue items.
  • Implement and embed new ways of working by preparing practical training and user guidance, following up on adoption in daily operations, and coordinating process changes and IMS documentation with the IMS team.

**Qualifications

**

  • A strong operational background from Supply Chain Management, with experience from procurement, warehousing, logistics, inventory control, asset management, or a comparable SCM function.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and improving workflows, supplier interfaces, procedures, controls, and ways of working together with operational process owners.
  • Practical experience applying Lean, Continuous Improvement, or similar methods to improve day-to-day operational performance.
  • Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Danish both written and spoken.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

**Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ISO 9001.
  • Experience with internal audits and compliance-related activities.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
