Job description Micro Gauge, a CNC machining shop in Brighton, is seeking a High Volume CNC Machinist on all shifts Schedules: Third Shift: 11 pm to 7 am Sunday - Thursday First Shift: 7am-3pm Monday-Friday Second Shift: 3 pm to 11 pm Monday - Friday   Responsibilities Include: · Meeting production and scrap goals · Reporting hourly production, scrap and downtime on appropriate form · Inspecting machined parts for surface defects and verifying conformance to specifications provided in job book instructions using measuring instruments · Changing tools and making offsets to machines as needed   Qualifications Include: · Ability to read, comprehend and follow simple instructions · Previous CNC experience required ·Experience with lathes and mills -Knowledge of Opt 10 and Opt 20 · Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals · Standing and repetitive bending and twisting If interested please STOP and review the following criteria prior to applying: · Good work ethic including being on time and at work as scheduled · Reliable Transportation · Ability to pass pre-employment screening · Operators required to wear steel-toed boots
