🛠️Vos missions

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Prospecter, Développer, et fidéliser une clientèle privée (particuliers, entreprise, bailleurs, syndics, promoteurs immobiliers…),
  • Analyser les projets des clients, les conseiller et les accompagner en appui avec le bureau d’études,
  • Réaliser le chiffrage des offres commerciales,
  • Réaliser l’objectif défini par la direction,
  • Communiquer des rapports d’activité à la direction

👤 Votre profil

Vous êtes titulaire d’une formation supérieure en aménagements paysagers ou avez une expérience significative dans ce domaine d’activité,

  • Vous avez une connaissance du TP/VRD/commerce,
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative de 2 ans minimum sur un poste similaire (y compris stages et alternance),
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre expertise de la relation client et vous avez un excellent relationnel,
  • Vous êtes organisé(e), autonome, créatif(ve) et le sens du travail en équipe,
  • Vous aimez le challenge.

📍 Conditions du poste

  • Localisation du poste : Poste basé à Sartrouville (78) ou Andilly (95), déplacements sur départements limitrophes : 95, 92, 78.
  • Contrat : CDI
  • Rémunération : Selon profil + Prime + Véhicule
