Working for our team, you can truly make a difference.   We are currently looking for a Slitting Operator to join our team.  Experience is not required but always a bonus. Responsibilities:              

Set up and operate slitting machines according to job specifications. Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and accuracy. Monitor production process and troubleshoot any issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area. Record production data and report any discrepancies. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on slitting equipment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

 Qualifications: 

Education: SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent and above. Experience: Prior experience in machine operation or manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Skills:

Basic mechanical aptitude. Ability to read and interpret work orders and measurements. Good attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and handle moderate lifting.

Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required. Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
