Automotive Service Advisor

Mullinax Ford of Central Florida | Apopka, FL

Mullinax Ford is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. As the link between our customers and service technicians, you'll help deliver an exceptional service experience while building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and document vehicle concerns.
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services.
  • Communicate repair progress and completion updates.
  • Coordinate with technicians and parts departments.
  • Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Help achieve department sales and performance goals.

Qualifications

  • Customer service, sales, or automotive experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Automotive service advisor or dealership experience is a plus.
