Ubicada en el municipio de Zapopan, Jalisco solicita:   Ingeniero de Calidad Requisitos: -Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín. -Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en un puesto similar. -inglés intermedio-avanzado   -Conocimientos requeridos:

ISO 9001. HPC 420. FSSC 22000.

Actividades:

Monitorear los procesos productivos para verificar el cumplimiento de los estándares y procedimientos de calidad. Verificar la correcta ejecución de actividades como despeje de área, buenas prácticas de manufactura (BPM), buenas prácticas de documentación (BPD) y arranque de máquinas. Gestionar rechazos internos y externos, dar seguimiento a las acciones correctivas y asegurar el cierre de los casos. Revisar desviaciones y establecer criterios de calidad conforme a los lineamientos internos. Apoyar al equipo de Producción en el análisis y solución de problemas relacionados con la calidad del producto. Gestionar material no conforme, incluyendo su bloqueo en sistema, cuarentena, evaluación y disposición final. Generar acciones preventivas e impulsar la mejora continua de los procesos. Realizar auditorías de proceso y participar en actividades GEMBA Walk y reuniones Go/No Go. Dar seguimiento a las notas de crédito relacionadas con rechazos externos de su área.
