OBJETIVO DO CARGO

Operar o torno com precisão e eficiência, realizando a usinagem de tubos, flanges e peças relacionadas, conforme as especificações técnicas e padrões da Mult Hidro, garantindo a produção de componentes hidráulicos de alta qualidade.

Formação Educacional

Ensino Médio completo.

Curso técnico ou profissionalizante em operação de tornos (desejável).

Experiência Desejada

Mínimo de 1 ano de experiência comprovada na operação de tornos.

Experiência com usinagem de tubos e flanges será um diferencial.

Pontos de Atenção Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos, se necessário. Capacidade de permanecer em pé por longos períodos.

OBSERVAÇÕES NECESSÁRIAS

O cargo requer atenção constante durante a operação do torno para garantir a qualidade das peças.

É importante seguir rigorosamente os procedimentos de segurança devido aos riscos associados à operação de máquinas de usinagem.

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATIVIDADES

1. Operar o torno para usinar tubos, flanges e outras peças específicas da Mult Hidro.

2. Interpretar ordens de produção e instruções de trabalho para configurar a máquina corretamente.

3. Preparar e ajustar o torno para cada operação específica, incluindo a montagem de ferramentas e fixação de peças.

4. Monitorar o processo de usinagem, garantindo a qualidade e precisão das peças produzidas.

5. Realizar medições básicas utilizando instrumentos como paquímetros e micrômetros para verificar as dimensões das peças.

6. Inspecionar visualmente as peças usinadas para garantir a conformidade com as especificações.

7. Realizar a troca de ferramentas e ajustes simples na máquina conforme necessário.

8. Manter a área de trabalho organizada, limpa e segura.

9. Registrar a produção e relatar quaisquer problemas ou anomalias no processo ao supervisor.

10. Seguir rigorosamente as normas de segurança e utilizar equipamentos de proteção individual (EPIs).

11. Participar de treinamentos e atualizações técnicas relacionadas à operação do torno.

12.Realizar outras atividade conforme a solicitação de sua chefia inerente a função.
