Als Chief Operating Officer (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die operative Steuerung und Skalierung von cfab. Gemeinsam mit den Gründern gestaltest du die nächste Wachstumsphase des Unternehmens und sorgst dafür, dass Prozesse, Teams und Strukturen mit unserem Wachstum Schritt halten.

Du bewegst dich dabei gleichermaßen auf strategischer und operativer Ebene. Du entwickelst Strukturen, triffst Entscheidungen und sorgst dafür, dass ambitionierte Ziele in messbare Ergebnisse übersetzt werden.

DEIN IMPACT

  • Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung bei operativen und strategischen Fragestellungen
  • Verantwortung für die Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung zentraler Unternehmensbereiche
  • Aufbau skalierbarer Prozesse, Strukturen und KPI-Systeme zur Unterstützung des weiteren Wachstums
  • Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit mit Fulfillment-, Logistik- und weiteren externen Partnern
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung nationaler sowie internationaler Wachstumsinitiativen
  • Identifikation neuer Geschäftspotenziale, Märkte und Wachstumstreiber
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung unseres stationären Retail-Geschäfts parallel zum bestehenden E-Commerce-Business
  • Führung, Entwicklung und Skalierung eines wachsenden Teams
  • Leitung bereichsübergreifender Projekte mit klarem Fokus auf Umsetzung und Ergebnis
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting an die Geschäftsführung inklusive Handlungsempfehlungen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Schaffung organisatorischer Voraussetzungen für die nächste Unternehmensphase

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer operativen Führungsrolle als COO, Geschäftsführer, Managing Director oder vergleichbarer Position
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge beim Aufbau und der Skalierung von Teams, Prozessen und Organisationsstrukturen
  • Tiefes Verständnis für E-Commerce und die Mechanismen wachstumsstarker digitaler Geschäftsmodelle
  • Unternehmerisches Denken kombiniert mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke
  • Fähigkeit, sowohl strategisch zu denken als auch operativ Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams, Märkten und Partnern
  • Ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten und die Fähigkeit, Teams auch in dynamischen Wachstumsphasen erfolgreich zu entwickeln
  • Hohe Entscheidungsstärke und Souveränität in komplexen oder unklaren Situationen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft, täglich an unserem Standort in Düsseldorf präsent zu sein
