Als (Junior) Controller / Controller (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser Finance-Team bei der Steuerung und Analyse unseres internationalen E-Commerce-Business. Du lieferst die Zahlen, Analysen und Auswertungen, die als Grundlage für fundierte unternehmerische Entscheidungen dienen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Finance, Marketing und Management zusammen und entwickelst unsere Reporting- und Controlling-Strukturen kontinuierlich weiter.

DEIN IMPACT

  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Reports, Dashboards und Management-Auswertungen
  • Analyse von Umsatz, Marge und Profitabilität nach Produkten, Vertriebskanälen und Märkten
  • Monitoring relevanter E-Commerce- und Finance-KPIs sowie Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Analyse und Aufbereitung von Daten aus Shopify, DATEV, Marketingplattformen und Zahlungsdienstleistern
  • Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung, Forecasts sowie Plan-Ist-Vergleichen
  • Mitarbeit bei Monatsabschlüssen sowie Finance- und Controlling-Prozessen
  • Durchführung von Konten- und Datenabstimmungen
  • Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Reporting- und Controlling-Landschaft
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finance, Marketing und Management

WARUM DU ZU UNS PASST

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Controlling, Finance, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Finance, Business Analytics oder E-Commerce-Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie eine hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Verständnis für Buchhaltungsprozesse, GuV und Kostenrechnung
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit DATEV oder vergleichbaren Finanzsystemen
  • Verständnis relevanter E-Commerce-Kennzahlen wie Umsatz, Marge, ROAS, CAC oder Profitabilität
  • Analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie Freude daran, datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu unterstützen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft, 4 Tage pro Woche in unserem Headquarter in Düsseldorf zu arbeiten
