Als HR-Operations Specialist unterstützt du unser HR-Team im gesamten operativen Tagesgeschäft. Du sorgst dafür, dass Verträge, Daten und Abläufe sauber laufen, lernst HR von der Pike auf in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen kennen und übernimmst Schritt für Schritt eigene Themen. Dabei packst du an, wo es gebraucht wird, und gehst ins Detail, wenn es darauf ankommt.

DEIN IMPACT

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen und Vertragsergänzungen auf Basis bestehender Vorlagen
  • Begleitung von Ein- und Austritten im HQ und Retail
  • Administration von Arbeitszeit, Urlaub und Krankmeldungen
  • Zuarbeit bei der Vorbereitung der monatlichen Payroll
  • Pflege der Mitarbeiterdaten, Workflows und Dokumente in Personio
  • Unterstützung bei der Administration unserer Benefits und Sachzuwendungen
  • Pflege des Organigramms und HR-relevanter Übersichten
  • Beantwortung von HR-Fragen unserer Mitarbeitenden
  • Mitarbeit an der Verbesserung und Digitalisierung unserer HR-Prozesse

WARUM DU ZU UNS PASST

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium, idealerweise mit HR-Bezug
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung in HR, z. B. aus Ausbildung, Praktikum oder Werkstudierendentätigkeit
  • Erfahrung mit Personio von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise, auch wenn es schnell gehen muss
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Lust, schnell Neues zu lernen
  • Diskretion im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Tools
  • Fließendes Deutsch und gutes Englisch
