Werken bij Multipharma, de belangrijkste coöperatie in de Belgische apotheekwereld, betekent meer dan zomaar een job kiezen. Bij ons draag je mee bij aan iets groots: een positieve impact op de gezondheid van onze 1,3 miljoen patiënten en om en bij 900.000 coöperanten.

Met ons netwerk van meer dan 320 apotheken, 1 distributiecentrum en 2 innovatieve centra voor de individuele verpakking van geneesmiddelen op maat van de patiënt, leveren we niet alleen geneesmiddelen, maar bouwen we actief mee aan de toekomst en vernieuwing van de farmaceutische zorg.

Jouw werkdag:

Als apotheker-titularis/provisor sta je aan het roer van onze apotheek en geef je samen met je team elke dag het beste van jezelf. Je combineert jouw farmaceutische expertise met warme zorg en persoonlijk advies, zodat patiënten zich gehoord en geholpen voelen.

Concreet betekent dit dat jij:

  • actief luistert naar patiënten en hen vanuit jouw expertise een persoonlijk en passend advies biedt;
  • zorgt voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking in de apotheek – en nog belangrijker – je team motiveert en coacht;
  • oog hebt voor commerciële kansen om mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei van de apotheek;
  • de balans bewaakt tussen kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en rentabiliteit zodat elke patiënt op de best mogelijke manier geholpen wordt;
  • kan bijdragen aan de gezondheid en levenskwaliteit van je patiënten door hen te begeleiden in trajecten zoals stoppen met roken, diabetes, vaccinaties,....

Als apotheker-titularis/provisor ben je iemand die warmte, energie en expertise combineert.

Daarnaast:

  • beschik je over een Master in de Farmaceutische Wetenschappen (apotheker), een RIZIV-nummer en een geldige inschrijving bij de Orde der Apothekers;
  • luister je met plezier naar je patiënten en toon je oprechte interesse in hun verhaal;
  • streef je ernaar om de best mogelijke eerstelijnszorg te bieden in een warme en toegankelijke sfeer;
  • ben je een geboren leider die vlot communiceert en energie haalt uit het coachen van zijn/haar team;
  • bouw je mee aan een positieve teamspirit en fijne werksfeer, zo ben je een inspiratiebron voor je collega’s;
  • combineer je een oog voor detail met het vermogen om het overzicht te bewaren;
  • ben je een natuurtalent in organiseren: je weet helder te plannen en moeiteloos de juiste prioriteiten te leggen;
  • grijp je kansen om de apotheek te laten groeien en om onze patiënten optimaal te ondersteunen;
  • sta je klaar voor je patiënten, ook op zaterdagen en tijdens wachtdiensten.
