Por encargo de nuestro cliente, estamos realizando esta búsqueda para la posición de: AI ENGINEER (FREELANCE)

Objetivo del Puesto:

Diseñar e implementar soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial y automatización para una plataforma propia (similar a ChatGPT, conectable con múltiples sistemas externos), con arquitectura clara, robusta, escalable y alineada a las necesidades estratégicas del negocio. El rol requiere experiencia práctica conectando herramientas de IA (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT vía API, agentes, skills, plugins) con plataformas internas y externas, dominio de orquestadores de agentes y automatización, dentro de un proyecto tecnológicamente retador.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar e implementar agentes inteligentes y flujos de automatización end-to-end.
  • Integrar APIs de herramientas de IA (Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, etc.) con plataformas internas y externas.
  • Desarrollar y mantener flujos de automatización con n8n como herramienta principal.
  • Configurar y administrar orquestadores de agentes como Dify y LangGraph en distintos entornos.
  • Definir lineamientos técnicos y organizacionales para proyectos de IA (arquitectura de soluciones, RAG, seguridad y privacidad, vectorización, memoria conversacional, métricas, stack y despliegue).
  • Documentar soluciones, buenas prácticas y patrones reutilizables que fomenten un desarrollo coherente y sostenible.
  • Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo (incluyendo otros perfiles técnicos y líderes técnicos) para traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones técnicas, usando GitHub/GitLab como parte del flujo de trabajo.
  • Trabajar de la mano con áreas internas (Service Lines, Knowledge, líderes de Círculos Multiplica) y con proveedores externos de IA para asegurar entregas de alto valor agregado.

Requirements

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia de +5 años en desarrollo de soluciones digitales Fullstack con Python/Script y JavaScript para el Back, React para Front.
  • Experiencia de +3 años directa en automatización con n8n, Make o Zapier.
  • Experiencia de +1 año trabajando con APIs de herramientas de IA, especialmente Gemini (a nivel API, no solo como usuario), así como conexión de ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini con sistemas externos.
  • Experiencia indispensable con Dify y con LangGraph como orquestadores de agentes.
  • Experiencia +1 año implementando motores de intención y orquestadores de agentes (single y multi-agente), RAG, vectorización y memoria conversacional.
  • Manejo de control de versiones y trabajo colaborativo en equipos de desarrollo (GitHub, GitLab).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar REMOTO de Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m.
