MISIÓN/OBJETIVOS DEL PUESTO:

Diseñar experiencias conversacionales claras, precisas y humanas, y crear contenido de calidad para productos digitales. Serás responsable de la estrategia de contenido y del diseño de conversaciones con asistentes virtuales e IA Generativa, asegurando que cada interacción sea fácil de entender, coherente con la voz de la marca y alineada a las necesidades de los usuarios.

Requirements

RESPONSABILIDADES:

● Liderar el ciclo de vida del contenido y la base de conocimiento que alimenta a los asistentes virtuales, asegurando que la información sea veraz y esté actualizada.

● Diseñar flujos conversacionales y arquitecturas de información para chatbots y asistentes virtuales, incluyendo soluciones basadas en modelos LLM.

● Crear, testear y refinar prompts para mejorar la calidad, el tono y la precisión de las respuestas de la IA Generativa.

● Analizar conversaciones, logs y métricas de uso para identificar brechas de contenido, respuestas incorrectas y puntos de fricción, y proponer mejoras continuas.

● Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios (diseño, producto y desarrollo) y con responsables de contenido o proceso para validar la información e integrar el contenido en el diseño UX.

● Comunicar a los usuarios las nuevas funcionalidades del asistente y asegurar que entiendan cómo interactuar con él.

● Medir y reportar KPIs clave de impacto, como tasa de resolución o autoatención, satisfacción del usuario (CSAT) y eficiencia operativa.

● Redactar y diseñar contenido para interfaces digitales, desarrollando microcopy, mensajes, ayudas y guías que aseguren claridad y coherencia, y faciliten la navegación y usabilidad.

● Ajustar el tono y estilo del contenido según la audiencia y el canal, investigando y analizando las necesidades de los usuarios para crear contenido relevante y efectivo.

● Participar en pruebas de usabilidad y realizar ajustes para mejorar la experiencia, manteniendo actualizadas las guías y estándares de escritura UX.

REQUISITOS:

● Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en UX Writing y/o Diseño Conversacional, en roles similares (nivel Mid-Senior).

● Conocimiento sólido en modelos LLM y técnicas de prompting para IA Generativa (se valora certificación o capacitación reciente).

● Conocimiento de principios de usabilidad, arquitectura de información y escritura para interfaces digitales.

● Experiencia previa generando datasets y matrices de entrenamiento para asistentes virtuales o chatbots.

● Manejo de herramientas de análisis de datos (nivel intermedio de Excel o similar) y capacidad para interpretar tableros de métricas.

● Comunicación asertiva, con capacidad para explicar conceptos complejos a stakeholders no técnicos.

● Curiosidad y aprendizaje continuo: interés genuino por las tendencias de IA, proactividad para auto-capacitarte y adaptabilidad para trabajar en entornos ágiles y con tecnologías que cambian constantemente.

● Pensamiento analítico: capacidad para identificar patrones en los datos y convertirlos en mejoras de diseño.

● Disponibilidad para trabajar HÍBRIDO (3 veces a la semana en oficina) en CDMX,
