Funções:

  • Atendimento personalizado e proativo de clientes, esclarecendo dúvidas sobre produtos e oferecendo soluções adequadas às suas necessidades.
  • Aconselhamento especializado sobre vinhos, licores, azeites e outros produtos gourmet, contribuindo para a fidelização do cliente.
  • Gestão de stock, incluindo receção de mercadorias, organização em armazém e reposição de produtos na área de vendas.
  • Operação de caixa registadora, processamento de pagamentos e fecho de caixa, garantindo a exatidão das transações.
  • Manutenção da loja organizada e limpa, assegurando um ambiente acolhedor e visualmente apelativo para os clientes.
  • Participação ativa em campanhas promocionais e eventos de degustação, divulgando os produtos da loja e atraindo novos clientes.
  • Resolução de reclamações ou situações imprevistas com clientes de forma profissional e eficaz, procurando sempre a sua satisfação.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência comprovada em funções de atendimento ao público e vendas, preferencialmente no setor alimentar ou de bebidas.
  • Conhecimentos sólidos sobre vinhos, destilados, e/ou produtos gourmet serão valorizados.
  • Fluência na língua portuguesa (obrigatório) e conhecimentos de inglês (preferencial) para comunicação com clientes internacionais.
  • Orientação para o cliente, com forte capacidade de comunicação e simpatia.
  • Dinamismo, proatividade e capacidade de trabalho em equipa, com foco na superação de metas de vendas.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em horários rotativos, incluindo fins de semana e feriados.
  • Carta de condução e viatura própria (preferencial) para deslocação até ao local de trabalho.
