Funções:

  • Atendimento personalizado e aconselhamento especializado aos clientes sobre os produtos da loja, garantindo uma experiência de compra memorável.
  • Reposição e organização do stock em loja, assegurando que os produtos estão sempre disponíveis e devidamente apresentados.
  • Operação da caixa registadora, gestão de pagamentos e fecho de caixa, com rigor e atenção ao detalhe.
  • Manutenção da limpeza e arrumação do espaço comercial, contribuindo para um ambiente acolhedor e convidativo.
  • Receção e conferência de mercadorias, verificando a conformidade com as encomendas e os padrões de qualidade.
  • Participação ativa em ações de marketing e promoções, dinamizando as vendas e a visibilidade dos produtos.
  • Apoio na gestão de encomendas online e preparação para levantamento em loja, conforme necessário.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência profissional prévia em funções de atendimento ao cliente ou retalho, preferencialmente no setor alimentar ou de bebidas.
  • Fluência em Português e Inglês (eliminatório), sendo valorizado o conhecimento de outras línguas estrangeiras.
  • Fortes competências de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal, com foco na satisfação do cliente.
  • Proatividade, dinamismo e capacidade de trabalhar em equipa num ambiente com ritmo.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em horários rotativos, incluindo fins de semana e feriados.
  • Paixão e interesse pelo mundo das bebidas (vinhos, destilados, etc.) e vontade de aprofundar conhecimentos.
  • Aptidão para trabalhar com sistemas de faturação e caixa, e facilidade no manuseamento de equipamentos.

  • Remuneração: 920€ base + 4.77€ subsídio de alimentação + complemento domingo 100%
