A sua intervenção será fundamental na identificação de desvios, na implementação de ações corretivas e preventivas, e na promoção de uma cultura de qualidade contínua. Funções:

  • Realizar inspeções e auditorias de qualidade em todas as fases do processo produtivo, desde a receção de matérias-primas até ao produto acabado.
  • Monitorizar e registar parâmetros de controlo de qualidade, assegurando a conformidade com as normas internas e externas.
  • Identificar e reportar não conformidades, participando ativamente na investigação das suas causas e na definição de ações corretivas e preventivas.
  • Apoiar a implementação e manutenção de sistemas de gestão da qualidade (e.g., ISO, HACCP, BRC, IFS).
  • Efetuar análises laboratoriais básicas e colaborar com as equipas de produção para otimizar processos e reduzir desperdícios.
  • Elaborar relatórios de qualidade periódicos, apresentando dados e tendências relevantes para a melhoria contínua.
  • Participar na formação e sensibilização dos colaboradores para as boas práticas de fabrico e segurança alimentar.

Requisitos:

  • Formação superior em Química, Engenharia Alimentar ou área similar (preferencial). Como habilitação mínima, curso técnico de laboratório ao nível do 12.º ano.
  • Experiência profissiona em funções de controlo de qualidade no setor alimentar ou de bebidas (preferencial)
  • Conhecimentos sólidos em sistemas de gestão da qualidade (HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, IFS).
  • Capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas, com atenção meticulosa ao detalhe.
  • Bons conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador (MS Office).
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar por turnos, se necessário.
  • Proatividade, autonomia e excelente capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa.
  • Residência na região de Almeirim ou disponibilidade para deslocação diária.
