A Job&Talent powered by Multitempo está a recrutar Operador de Produção (m/f/x) para empresa de referência no setor de plásticos localizada em Mafra.

Funções:

  • Operar e monitorizar máquinas de produção de plásticos, garantindo o seu bom funcionamento e ajustando parâmetros conforme necessário.
  • Realizar o controlo de qualidade dos produtos, inspecionando visualmente e utilizando equipamentos de medição para assegurar que cumprem os padrões exigidos.
  • Embalar e etiquetar produtos acabados de forma organizada e eficiente, preparando-os para expedição.
  • Efetuar a manutenção básica e limpeza dos equipamentos e do local de trabalho, contribuindo para um ambiente seguro e produtivo.
  • Colaborar ativamente com a equipa de produção, reportando anomalias e sugerindo melhorias nos processos.
  • Preencher registos de produção e qualidade com rigor e precisão.

Requisitos:

  • Escolaridade mínima 9º ano (obrigatório);
  • Experiência comprovada em ambiente fabril, preferencialmente na indústria de plásticos ou setor similar;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa e boa comunicação interpessoal;
  • Sentido de responsabilidade, proatividade e atenção ao detalhe;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em regime de turnos rotativos;
  • Robustez física para manusear cargas e permanecer em pé durante o período de trabalho;
  • Conhecimentos básicos de segurança e higiene no trabalho;
  • Viatura própria.

Oferta:

  • Vencimento base: 926€ + Subsídio de turno: 35% = 1250€ brutos;
  • Subsídio de alimentação: 10€/ dia pago em cartão refeição;
  • Horário de trabalho: de segunda a domingo das 08h às 16h; das 16h às 24h00; das 24h00 às 08h00 em turnos e folgas rotativas;
  • Formação contínua e acompanhamento profissional;
  • Possibilidade de progressão de carreira dentro da empresa.
